Confirmation Class 2008 - 2009 is pending. Usually, the class.meets regularly for discussion exploring faith, Presbyterian beliefs, Scripture and much more. This class usually consists of a minium of 6 students and their parents is lead by Rev. Joanna Dunn and two Church Elders. Those who discern that God is calling them to make public profession of faith will be received in May.

Wednesday In the Academic Year

5:30 pm - 8:00 PM RUSH music, fellowship, and devotions lead by Mike Larson, Joanna Dunn, and others. We begin our time together with 5:30 Dinner in Lindsay Hall with the rest of the faith community who gather for a meal. Then around 6:00 "The Living Room" (Rooms 502 and 503).

Thursday In the Academic Year

Boise High School and Rush Youth Outreach Lunch 12:00
Generally this is a Pizza Lunch with a cost of $1.00 a slice of pizza and a soda pop. Many times we change and grill burgers and dogs at the same cost. What started out in September of 2006 was a group of 8 youth coming over for lunch has grown to about 40 regulars who come and share a meal and some conversation. These lunches are hosted by the First Presbyterian Faith Community and coordinated by the primary RUSH leadership.
